What are the entry requirements?

What's the difference between a Full Licence and a Salesperson Certificate?
A Full Real Estate Licence allows you to operate independently and run your own agency. A Salesperson Certificate or Agent Representative qualification lets you work under a licensed agent. Which one is right for you depends on your goals — our team will help you decide.
I'm purchasing Management Rights — which Licence do I need?

I'm going to be a Property Manager — which Licence do I need?
